Awful place to work. Most of the employees are disrespectful towards the residents. It’s a rarity for Sharon towers to hire somebody who is actually sincere and professional. I can only speak about what I saw, and it wasn’t good. Elderly people deserve much better than this place. Staffing, professionalism, dining, hospitality has really gone down hill. Please consider other retirement communities before sending your loved one here. -Kat
