This place is HORRIBLE with Communicating and Customer Service!! My Step dad was in there for almost a month and I had never talk to a doctor not once!! A Nurse Practitioner called me when he first was admitted to Kresson View just to ask me the normal admission questions to make him comfortable. Comfort Care was never mentioned. I found out my Step dad was on Comfort Care once they called me to tell me he passed away. Nobody ever called me to discuss Comfort Care. I had to always call to get information on how he was doing. Half the time the nursing station never answered the phone once I was transferred. I had to end up calling the Social Worker to get information. Once my Step Dad passed I would have thought that someone would call to give the facilities Condolences. I have yet to get a phone call to come and get his belongings. I had to call Kresson View. Maybe I am expecting to much. Customer Service and Communication are and should be Main Factors. I just think Comfort Care which is Hospice should have been discussed!!! Very bad communication. That is not a good thing when you cant find out about your loved ones. Giving one star is being nice!!!!

I would not recommend this facility. We have difficulty reaching our grandmother everyday because the front desk staff Kris doesn't like to do her job. We were worried when we could not reach our grandmother for hours. We asked Kris if she could help us reach her and she told me that all she can do is transfer calls. We can hardly ever reach the nurses station. The staff isn't warm or welcoming. The inability to visit in addition to the lack of communication with patients and staff is very unsettling. I'm unsure if the facility is understaffed or not but they are in need of retraining.

Holy hell. They put covid positive patients in with negative ones and they don't care. They let the positive ones roam the halls. No masks. They also give an attitude and a half if you dare to call them out on it.

This place is a nightmare! So glad we pulled my grandmother out of here. Lots of staff and residents tested positive here. Lots of nurses are cold and standoffish and plain out rude. The care is lacking here. if you care about your loved ones avoid this place.
