This place is run by a corrupt company that puts profit ahead of anything else. New ownership is terrible.

New ownership is awful. They are extremely poor at communicating which borders on abusive. They've been intimidating their senior residents and being hostile to try and drive them out. Seems that they want to raise their rates, I understand but there is a right way and wrong way to do it.
